It’s all happening…

We have been working closely with our farm butcher team to create some beautiful cuts and new sausages for the case. It feels a little surreal that we could make this happen. When we first started farming just trying to get frozen USDA cuts for customers had some major hurdles, leap to ten years later and now we can serve people fresh cuts of meat we butchered and smoked meats all made right here on our farm. Each week the case will look completely different because we are only selling our farm meat so it will be entirely dependent on what we have fresh in the shop. Our focus will definitely be fresh sausages made with locally grown and seasonal ingredients and smoked meats like our Kielbasa’s, Summer Sausages, and Smoked Beer Brats.
